• To ensure efficient use of resources, CSSA recipients and hearing impaired students should first apply for hearing aids through relevant government departments (e.g. Social Welfare Department or Education Bureau).  Applications to our charity may be considered if government support is not granted.

• If the applicant is unable to fulfil the minimum enrolment criteria due to space limitations at the service location or other valid reasons, please contact us to see if discretion can be granted.

• The application form is for outreach services conducted at local community or elderly centres, and does not apply to home visits.  If you wish to request home visits, please contact us directly.
